Was a bit sceptical as only saw Facebook ad. Placed order and was told 5-7 days delivery. After 7 days I contacted company and was told it was with courier. Thought Iād be scammed as that was only reply I got. After 2 weeks I had messages saying with courier. Contacted via facebook and got instant reply so put mind at ease. The problem for the delay was the courier company who Iāve had multiple problems with as they are shocking.
The canvas finally arrived and was very happy with this and the customer service from Cstm canvas.

The picture itself is fantastic and very pleased with. The communication from the company was very good and helpful. The only downside for me is the delivery company. Evri have the worst customer service and delivery options. This was a poor experience once again from that company.

Terrible!!!!! Ordered on 5th its now the 29th and STILL don't have it, tried to cancel and ask for refund manytimes as the birthday this was brought for is now over!! They say based in Bristol but it's a Chinese company, poor response through email they couldnt care less now they have my money, BEWARE and order at own risk I wish I never did

The picture is beautiful. But it took over 3 and a half weeks to get hear. I wanted it for an anniversary present for the 10th September so it was late. I also ask for it to be frame and was not framed. I am disappointed with posting.
